30 Lolandra Avenue - Carolina Terrace - West Ashley

Totally renovated home with new plumbing, electrical, roof and siding! Beautifully appointed custom features in each room. Enter into the family room with the original, refinished, hardwood flooring that leads you into this meticulously renovated home.  An arched entrance to kitchen features a granite bar for family or guests to enjoy while the chef of the house prepares dinner with the brand new kitchen appliances.

The kitchen features custom tile flooring, antique white cabinets, granite counter tops, built-in microwave, flat top range/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Just off the kitchen is the dining room that leads out to the brand new, large deck that overlooks the huge backyard.  The raised railings surrounding the deck have large bar-like counters that will be a great place for large cookouts or just a quiet night with friends. The new master suite has brand new wood flooring, ceiling fan and new bath. The bath features tile flooring, dual sink vanity with granite top, tile surround walk in shower with rain shower head and bench. The two secondary bedrooms feature the original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The hall bath has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination, tile flooring and single vanity sink with granite top.

Step outside onto the new deck and relax in the large back yard with privacy fence.  Carolina Terrace is within walking distances to all of the great stores, restaurants and bars of the triangle area.

The things I love about Charleston, and West Ashley/Carolina Terrace specifically, are proximity to the water, local social and nightlife offerings, easy access to the interstate/airport, a low crime rate, safe neighborhoods and fun neighbors.

WHAT RESIDENTS SAY ABOUT THE AREA:

I love to eat at Al Di La in Avondale. Their gnocchi is the best in town. Avondale Wine and Cheese shop is another great addition to the neighborhood for dine-in parties/events or a quick stop for a bottle. Swig and Swine BBQ is great and the bartenders at Triangle are the best in town.

When I moved to the area, I was drawn to the conveniences of the Harris Teeter, dry-cleaners, restaurants/bars and the proximity to downtown.

The Charleston area is wonderful because it is a perfect mix of old southern charm and history with all the conveniences of modern life. Charleston has distinct and unique neighborhoods that lend to more of a small-town feel. There are constant social and cultural offerings as well as all of the advantages of living close to the water.

Another thing to mention... Food. There are great restaurants on every corner.

I love all of the outdoor activities in Charleston. Bike lanes are popular along with outdoor running trails and kayaking.
