Our hobbies include nature watching and photography which we are able to do in our own back yard!

The Charleston area is wonderful for relaxing weekends on the water, entertaining family & friends downtown and endless choices of amazing food & culture.

A few other things that we can mention are the amazing schools in Mt. Pleasant. Rivertowne is zoned for the schools that score the highest above all others in the area and with wonderful teachers!!

We love to spend time on the water and enjoy the outdoors. Rivertowne offers easy access to the water for boating, kayaking and plenty of outdoor fun.

Of course we all like different things, we enjoy the beach, kayaking and hiking. We basically just love being outside and what better place to live than Mt. Pleasant to enjoy all those fun outdoor activities.

Our utility costs are far better than previous homes we have lived in. With a tankless water heater and energy efficient building material our electric / gas bills are much more affordable. SCE&G provides gas and electric services for our area. Mount Pleasant Water is the water utility.
