Pleasant Towne Centre, not only will you find wonderful places to shop and an awesome theatre, but you will be surrounded by many eclectic dining choices as you stroll throughout. However, the home itself has such a great ambiance with its many windows, astonishing views, rear sun deck and porches, it is tempting just to remain at home and savor it all or entertain guests.


We enjoy hiking and biking in the area. The Old Village is a great place to walk or bike while taking in the historical atmosphere, Charleston harbor, and meeting friendly neighbors. The Seewee area in nearby Awendaw is also a great place to hike, meditate in the midst of rare Native American ring mounds by the sea, or take the cruise boat for an afternoon hike in the Cape Romain wildlife refuge. A stroll down nearby Patriot's Point marina or Sullivan's Island completes a long day, listening to the calming sounds of the sea and enjoying the view of the Atlantic Ocean, seagulls, dolphins, lighthouses, and wildlife.
