The Charleston area is wonderful and I love the fact that
the beach is 20 minutes away. There are many fabulous places to eat and things
to explore in the Holy City. Charleston truly is an awesome place to live and
work.
A few other things that I can mention are my surrounding
neighbors are very nice young professionals and the whole condo complex is very
friendly. The condo is very close to the dumpster and recycling area as well.
I really enjoy going for a run and have completed several
marathons. The condo is very close to the West Ashley Greenway and the
surrounding neighborhoods are great to run in as well.
Water is included in the HOA fees and SCE&G supplies
the electricity. Since the HVAC unit was replaced in 2013, the bill is very
reasonable.
