West Ashley, SC ** Hunt Club ** 815 Bibury Court ** Hunt Club ** West Ashley, SC

WELCOME TO 815 BIBURY COURT!!

This is a great opportunity to get into The Hunt Club in the low $200s!!  This fantastic end unit is at the end of the street with a wooded back yard giving you the privacy you want at the end of a long day!  As you walk into the front door, the hardwood foyer leads you to the private dining room with newly added custom trim and woodwork for a nice custom touch.

The kitchen opens up to the living room that expands 2 stories up with plenty of windows letting in tons of natural light!

Upgraded with stainless appliances, granite counters and cherry cabinets, this will be a favorite spot for the chef of the house while they prepare their favorite meals and still be able to hang out with the rest of their friends and family in the living room.

Located on the main floor, the master suite has dual vanities with upgraded hardware including a custom shower door.  The walk-in closets THOUGHOUT the house will amaze you in how much space they have.  Upstairs has a loft that can serve as a playroom, office or workout area.  Wired throughout with built in speakers and audio video control, this will be a great house for entertaining all year round.

Outside, the custom paver patio will be a great place for early morning coffee or a nice quiet place to unwind at the end of the day and enjoy grilling out on the weekends.  The extended garage has plenty of room to keep a car as well as having extra space for storage.

WHY THE SELLER LOVES LIVING HERE:

The things I love about Charleston are the Southern Hospitality, the fantastic beaches, and the history.

Our neighborhood is great for caring and friendly neighbors. When you pass someone you are greeted with a smile and a wave.

We love to eat at Tomato Shed Café on Main Rd. The chef makes delicious foods with locally farmed ingredients and local shrimp. YUM!

When we bought the townhouse we were drawn to the closeness of amenities. Publix is right around the corner, and Walmart is down the road.

The Charleston area is wonderful! You are surrounded by historical points of interest. From the plantations to downtown, you can picture things as they were a hundred years ago.

A few other things I can mention are the close proximity to the beaches. You are 30 minutes from all the favorites including Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, or Kiawah.

We love to explore all areas of Charleston. We have only been in Charleston a year, and we enjoy falling in love with the area. The townhouse is centrally located to every area!

For fun we try a new restaurant each time we go out. Charleston has an abundance of restaurants to choose from, and varied types of food. It is Foodie heaven.

Our utility costs have been helped by the excellent construction of the townhouse. Our energy bills are less than when we lived in North Carolina. We have an amazing tankless water heater with gas from SCE&G.
