The Charleston, Mt Pleasant area is second to
none in the entire country. There is no other area that can boast the wonderful
attractions and restaurants as Charleston. And the golf is never ending. We
live in a golf community and the fellowship is warm and friendly. While we all
feel great about Charleston being on the friendliest Cities in America, it’s
the restaurants and quality of life here that make it simply outstanding.
A few other really special things. The
festivals, oyster roasts, charity events and events are simply never ending.
You will never be bored or seeking excitement out of the area because there is
nothing going on locally. There are always events that welcome newcomers.
Another great part of living in Mt Pleasant
is its never ending dedication to family events, sports and gatherings. It
seems so many families and friends are always organizing and having great fun

Another wonderful benefit of our home is that
it is a home over 5000 square feet, but relatively low energy costs. South
Carolina Electric and Gas bills are lower due to the use of gas for pour
instant water heater needs. This also helps with an instant endless supply of
hot water rather than being restricted from a tank.
